The women’s beach returns on 18 April, reopening in collaboration with Lululemon and The Pilates Suite for a day shaped by movement and relaxation.

Set by the sea, the experience brings together guided Pilates sessions and a calm beachfront atmosphere, creating a natural balance between activity and rest. With open space, privacy, warm sunshine and a gentle coastal breeze, the setting offers the ideal environment to slow down and reset.

Whether you come to move or to unwind, the day is designed to support both, giving you space to step away from daily pressures and enjoy the moment at your own pace.

There are lifeguards on duty, but swimming in the sea is a personal responsibility. InterContinental Al Jubail Hotel and its management are not liable for your safety or the safety of your children.

Boys above 6 years old are not allowed to enter.
