The conference aims to educate health practitioners, whether doctors or nurses, about common and accurate pediatric diseases. It will cover all pediatric specialties through the participation of approximately 40 speakers from various reference hospitals in the Kingdom, such as King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center in Riyadh, the National Guard Health Services Program, the Ministry of Health, King Fahad Medical City, University Hospitals, and several private sector employees.
The second Jubail Health Conference 2019 Spotlight will discuss 10 specific specialties in pediatrics.
Three-day workshops will be conducted by Saudi consultants partaking in the Health Services Program. It will also include insight from practitioners in other sectors from general pediatrician to more specialized one Immuno and cardiologist.
In addition, scientific papers distributed at the conference will discuss incurable diseases for children in Saudi. They’ll include information on Endocrinal diseases, Kidney diseases, Endoscopy & Laparoscopic surgery, Hematology, Cardiology, Psychological Pathology, as well as many others.
In conjunction with the conference, there will be several workshops about Pediatric Diabetes, the first of its kind, which will include demonstrations on how to effectively administer insulin pumps for pediatric patients, as well as which healthcare programs are the best for the affected members of our society.
There will also be a workshop on how to deal with matters in the NICU, such as stunted growth. We are proud to offer several workshops concerning First Aid & Emergencies, CPR, Asthma & Pulmonary Diseases Protection. These workshops will be under the supervision of Specialists in Pediatrics from the Health Services Program.
